Customer Service

When will my order arrive?
All in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be notified of all back ordered items immediately, and we will keep you informed of your order status. You will not be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped to you.

We ship via UPS Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All orders must be received by 2:00 P.M. PST to ensure delivery on the next business day.

What are your shipping rates?
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped UPS ground. Our shipping rates are calculated by your order total.

What types of shipping do you offer?
For items less than 150 lbs. Elegant Linen ships via UPS Ground. For items over 150 lbs. Elegant Linen ships via truck freight. When your delivery is shipped via ship truck freight, it is imperative that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. Just before delivery the freight shipping company will contact you via phone to set up a specific delivery time. Our freight shipments are generally to the entrance of your home or apartment building. The product will be delivered to your door but NOT assembled or brought into your residence. If you would like this kind of service please contact a member of our team to help you set this service up there will be an additional charge for white glove delivery. Our freight companies will only attempt one delivery and it will generally be difficult to reschedule another delivery attempt. If you miss a delivery attempt you may be responsible for additional shipping costs that are incurred by scheduling an additional delivery attempt.
Price Match Policy
If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new, identical item, just let us know where the lower price item is. We will be happy to match the price, no questions asked! You will find great prices and excellent service at Elegant Linen.
Return Policy

Purchases may be returned within 15 days of the date you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges).

Sales become final 15 days after you receive the order -- please do not return items to us later than 15 days after you have received them. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 15 days after the order was delivered. Please allow transit time when returning items. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Elegant Linen.


*Custom order items are made specifically for you by the manufacturer. No Returns on Custom orders.

Sales Tax
If your delivery address is within New York and New Jersey you will be charged sales tax on your purchase amount.
When is my credit card charged?
In order to prevent fraudulent charges we get an authorization for the total amount. Your card will be charged immediately after we ship your order.
Do you provide fabric samples?
We currently do not provide free fabric samples on any of our merchandise. If you are uncertain about a pattern or style, we recommend you purchase a sham, wash cloth, or napkin as a sample to ensure your full satisfaction prior to making your final purchase.
Do you offer monogramming?
We offer personalization on all of our fine linens. Please click here to view our Monogram Styles, Colors and Pricing.
How will I know if an item is in stock?
Once you have placed an order, one of our dedicated sales members will contact you via e-mail to inform you if any of the items ordered is not in stock. All back ordered items will not be charged until we have received the item and it is ready for shipment. If you would like to know inventory levels before placing an order, give us a call.
Do you ship outside the United States?

Sorry, we don not ship outside of the 50 United States at this time.

Can I exchange my product?

Exchanges may be made within 15 days of your receipt of the original order provided we have the desired item in stock. Items must arrive at our warehouse within 15 days, not be shipped within 15 days. Item must be New in its original packaging. Please allow transit time when returning items. However, to ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to your account -- we are unable to "hold" items in anticipation of a return. Re-shipping charges will be applied to the payment method on file in the case of exchanges.

Exchanges are processed within 15 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a store credit will be issued and the information will be emailed to the email address on file from the original order.


Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return -- without that information we cannot process your return or exchange. You must send your return with a RA # you can also e-mail or call us if you do not have your original sales slip.
Please circle the items that you are returning, and note for us if you would like an exchange or credit. If an item was purchased as a set it must be returned as a set. We cannot process returns/exchanges of incomplete sets.
Returns may only be credited back to the Credit card used to make the original purchase.

Returns and/or exchanges are processed within 15 days of the date we receive the item(s). A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.

PLEASE NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. It is also recommended that you insure your package. Please allow up to two billing periods for your credit to appear on your statement.
